I've just come across a new website set up to "publicize and illuminate the latest climate research in plain language, making the science more accessible to the public and policy makers." A lot of the information seems to be quite US-based, but there is a good variety of different data presented:

An interdisciplinary forum based at the European Centre for Environment and Human Health, in Cornwall, UK. The group aims to encourage discussion and collaboration between academics, businesses and public sector organisations around the communication of climate change.
